RX+ Launches to provide QSW Recruitment Services

nGAGE Specialist Recruitment has launched RX+; a qualified social worker recruitment specialist offering round-the-clock support across both public and private services.

Building on their established health and social care arm, nGAGE has combined extensive sector knowledge with their unique global support platform to launch RX+, a brand new social work recruitment specialist that can deliver 24 hour support to essential front-line social care services.

Headed up by Project Director Andy Lewington, RX+ will support the recruitment needs of local authorities, NHS Trusts, non-profits and private organisations, supplying trusted social care professionals on locum, fixed term or permanent base. The recruitment and retention of talent in social care continues to be a challenge with councils spending a reported £335m in 2017/2018 on agency staff to fulfil demand.  RX+ will offer fast solutions to connect organisations to pre-vetted candidate pools across the UK.
